As part of the IT equipment rental contract, we offer free technical support.


Service & Maintenance

  • Quick fix

    We offer contractually guaranteed response times (2-4h) and resolution ones (24h or NBD). Each of our clients is assigned a dedicated account manager, who receives notifications and acts accordingly. We intervene promptly, offering remote assistance and troubleshooting at the beneficiary’s premises.

  • Authorized service

    Thanks to a team of specialized multi-brand technicians, we carry out maintenance and service work for any office IT equipment. In the event that the fault cannot be resolved within 24 hours, the beneficiary’s equipment will be taken into service and we will provide replacement equipment for the duration of the repair.

  • Equipment reliability guarantee

    Acting as supplier for more than 80 national brand partners, we have a permanent stock of original parts for a wide range of IT equipment. Thus, we considerably reduce the waiting times and the duration of the repair.

  • Training & Consulting

    As part of the rental contract, we offer training services for the use of the equipment and solutions implemented in such a way that each user can quickly and efficiently benefit from the new processes.
