If my equipment stops working, who is going to fix it?

We are responsible for any repair of damage. If the repair time is longer than 48 hours we replace the equipment until the damage is repaired.

Do I have to buy consumables?

We provide all the consumables and spare parts during the rental period but also the service of the equipment. The only thing that you need is the paper.

Can I get the MPS solution for a pre-owned equipment that my company already has?

Yes, our team of technicians will do a check to see the condition of your equipment and then they will make you an offer according to the equipment

Ηow long does it take to deliver and install the equipment?

If the equipment is in stock, the estimated time is 1-3 days.
